SigaME TRR: mobilizes critical teams
TRR mobilizes clinical teams in critical events, with protocol, escalation, confirmation, follow-up and audit trail, to keep patients safe.
Who it is for and when to use it
For situations where response time, the right team makeup and traceable care are decisive: Code Blue, Code Yellow, Code Orange, clinical deterioration, cardiac arrest, sepsis, stroke, serious incidents and other hospital protocols.
The hospital gets safer activation of critical teams, standardized protocols, fewer communication failures, a complete record of events and data to improve the care response.

How TRR works
Configuration per code
Time to form the team, time to arrive, required and desired profiles (physician, nurse, physiotherapist, elevator operator) and backup call.
Activation
From the platform screen, from a fixed call point at the bed or in the room (professional's badge and a button held for 5 seconds), or from an integrated extension and nurse-call system.
Automatic team formation
The system calls one professional per profile, prioritizing backup and the highest-priority team for the code, and escalates to the next one on a decline or no response.
Critical alert on the eCom
An audible alarm (+80 dB), vibration and the color of the code, with the option to accept or decline.
Automatic arrival
Arrival at the location is recognized from the eCom's location; without location, by confirmation.
Closing
By the closing professional, by the console with a justification, or automatically.
Panic button
On the eCom, it sends an immediate alert to managers with the location, without opening an occurrence.
Team managers
They follow occurrences, shifts and alerts for their teams.
Operational alerts
Incomplete team on shift, eCom out of the area, no coverage or low battery, and a base without communication.
Reports and audit trail
Confirmation, arrival and care times per occurrence and per professional, a TV panel of active occurrences and a complete trail kept for 5 years.
Location with privacy
TRR uses the location only of the professionals called and only for the duration of the occurrence. There is no free search and no history of where the team has been, which reduces exposure of personal data and supports compliance with Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).
A clear boundary with Flow
Flow organizes hospital operations. TRR coordinates critical clinical responses. The two never mix: an eCom serves one module at a time, and each module has its own teams and shifts.
- SigaME Flow
Transporting a stable patient to a CT scan is Flow. Calling the team for a cardiac arrest is TRR.
- SigaME RTLS
With RTLS, the team's arrival at the location is recognized automatically from the eCom's location.
